Membership Information

To join the New York Map Society, please select either of the following options to download our membership application form:

Click either icon to open the application form in the desired format. Or,
Right click either text link, then
- Internet Exporer: Right-click the “Save Target As …” option.
- Firefox: Right-click the “Save Link As …” option.
- Mac Safari: Option-Click and select the “Download Linked File” option.
Save the selected file to your hard drive.

Print the saved file, fill in the requested information and mail it with your check for $30.00 ($15.00 for student membership) to the address on the form. Or, bring them with you to the next meeting.
